How to get started
1. Book a pre-service visit
Use our booking form (we can do this over the phone or by Whatsapp if it is easier for you) to arrange for us to come and meet you and your fur baby or babies. This will allow you to show us where everything is kept (food, bowls, litter etc) and anything else we need to know. You will also need to provide us with a spare key. This can be returned when you get back or we can hang onto to it and keep it in our special non-identifiable key safe for future visits.
2. Fill in our Client Intake Form
If you used our online booking form, we will have sent you a link to fill in the intake form. This will give us required information about your pets needs and your contact details. If you would prefer a printed copy to fill in, we can arrange to post this out to you and we can pick it up at when we meet.
3. Book our Cat Sitter, Pet Sitter or House Sitter service
Once we have met you for the initial consultation, you are free to book our services. You will be able to do this via the website, by WhatsApp or by calling us. This is payable upfront before the service begins and can be cancelled for a full refund up to 3 days before we are due to start.

No, we don’t charge extra for up to four cats! We understand that many cat owners have more than one feline friend, so we’ve structured our pricing to be fair and transparent. If you have more than four cats, there’s just a small additional fee.
